Senior Data Engineer, Ads
Discord · Anywhere in the World · RemotoRenta no informada por la empresaControl de gestiónPower BIPythonSQL
Headquarters: Remote (U.S.)
Discord has a highly engaged community of millions of daily active users who use the platform for many different reasons, but there’s one thing that nearly everyone does: play video games. Discord plays a uniquely important role in the future of gaming, and we are focused on making it easier and more fun for people to hang out before, during, and after playing games.
Discord seeks a seasoned Data Engineer, focusing on our advertising product data. In this role, you will drive technical vision and strategy for ads data engineering in support of our ML initiatives while building and maintaining sophisticated data pipelines, datasets, and analytical tools. You will lead cross-functional initiatives to transform our advertising products through data-driven insights and mentor fellow engineers to deliver exceptional results.
This role works heavily with Data Science, Machine Learning, and product. If leading technical innovation, architecting scalable solutions, and empowering teams through data excites you, we encourage you to make a move!
What You'll Be Doing
• Design and own core ads data models : fact/dim tables, canonical datasets, and aggregation layers that power delivery, measurement, targeting, attribution, and ML use cases.
• Build and maintain the ML data that enables ads ranking, delivery, and targeting - including feature development, label generation workflows, intra-day training, and ML input observability to catch data quality issues before they degrade model performance.
• Build conversion measurement pipelines and integrate third-party attribution data - including Conversion Attribution and Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) integrations (Adjust, AppsFlyer, Singular) - ensuring attribution accuracy and data parity across measurement surfaces.
• Build batch and near real-time pipeline infrastructure across the ads ecosystem - pushing toward lower-latency data for ML and reporting use cases on our BigQuery + dbt + Dagster stack. Partnering with Data Platform on launch and success of new data processing engines to support low latency requirements..
• Develop data quality frameworks, monitoring systems, automated anomaly detection, and SLA infrastructure for critical ads pipelines at massive scale.
• Proactively identify foundational data infrastructure gaps - including those with broad implications across ML, measurement, and reporting - and design scalable, canonical solutions that multiple teams can depend on.
• Build systems from scratch in a rapidly evolving, greenfield advertising data environment - making sound architectural decisions with incomplete information and balancing short-term delivery with long-term infrastructure investment.
• Drive alignment across Data Science, ML Engineering, Ads Product, and GTM teams through clear narratives that connect data infrastructure decisions to business outcomes and revenue impact.
• Mentor engineers through technical challenges, code and design reviews, and ownership of complex projects - contributing to the culture and engineering standards of the Data Engineering team team.
What you should have
• 5+ years of hands-on experience writing production code and architecting data pipelines with high-volume consumer data in advertising technology domains (ad delivery, ranking, targeting, identity, conversion measurement).
• Deep expertise in digital advertising data engineering - specifically in ads delivery, conversion measurement, attribution pipelines, or ML feature data infrastructure. Experience with Conversion Data and APIs, MMP integrations, or identity graph infrastructure is strongly valued.
• Demonstrated experience building data models in a greenfield or 0-to-1 environment where requirements change frequently, documentation is sparse, and architectural decisions are made with incomplete information.
• Expert-level SQL and Python . Strong ability to design performant, maintainable data models and write production-quality pipeline code.
• Proven hands-on experience with data quality audits, monitoring systems, and automated anomaly detection for massive-scale datasets (billions+ rows) - including quality frameworks designed for ML inputs.
• Strong technical communication skills with the ability to drive alignment, influence prioritization, and earn adoption from technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset and strong cross-functional instincts with experience building trusted working relationships with Data Science, ML Engineering, and Product teams.
Bonus Points
• Passion for Discord or gaming communities
• Experience with data visualization and dashboarding technologies (Looker, Tableau, or similar)
• Experience with designing data architecture to power a variety of use cases, including reporting (internal and external), adhoc analysis, experimentation.
• Working with Data AI tools to establish greater self service utility for your customers.
• Experience building near real-time or streaming pipeline infrastructure (e.g., Kafka, Spark Streaming, or equivalent) in addition to batch processing is preferred.

Principal Product Management, Growth

ZoomInfo is where careers accelerate. We move fast, think boldly, and empower you to do the best work of your life. Principal Product Manager, Growth
About ZoomInfo
ZoomInfo is where careers accelerate. We move fast, think boldly, and empower you to do the best work of your life. You'll be surrounded by teammates who care deeply, challenge each other, and celebrate wins. With tools that amplify your impact and a culture that backs your ambition, you won't just contribute — you'll make things happen, fast.
The Opportunity
Own a Growth Portfolio and Set the Pattern the Rest of the Team Inherits
ZoomInfo built the industry's most sophisticated GTM data platform. The next frontier is turning every visitor into revenue without waiting on a human handoff — a coherent self-serve journey that activates a non-customer in minutes, converts consumption into upgrade, and routes high-intent signals back to sales when a human will close more than they distract.
You'll define the multi-quarter thesis on which channels compound, the operating rhythm the rest of the growth PM team inherits, and the ZoomInfo POV on how buyers discover us in an AI-first world.
The impact is immediate and compounding. Every signup you activate, every credit you cause to be consumed, every transaction, every PQL you route, every "buy more" event you trigger is revenue — and every operating pattern you set multiplies across the growth PM group. We've adopted a consumption-first monetization model and a unified entry-point thesis across the company, and we run weekly: if your hypothesis can't be falsified inside a sprint, it isn't a hypothesis. This is a rare opportunity to own a P&L-shaped surface with full air cover to ship fast, learn in public, re-pivot when the data turns — and to define the growth PM craft as ZoomInfo scales it.
What You'll Do
Own the Portfolio End-to-End
Take a portfolio-scope growth surface — and own it from first impression to revenue. Define the entry points, the activation milestones, the monetization moments, and the sales-assist signals across the channels that make up the portfolio. Drive the user experience across surfaces: landing, signup, in-product onboarding, empty states, upgrade modals, paywalls, lifecycle communication, and the agent-readable / LLM-discovery surfaces that are becoming primary. You own the funnel chart; you own the why behind every drop.
Set the Multi-Quarter Growth Thesis
Beyond weekly experiments, own 4-8 quarter bets on which channels compound and which retire. Publish a written POV on where PLG distribution is heading (LLM-first discovery, MCP-as-channel, agent-readable onboarding, partner-driven trials) and defend the sequencing to the exec team. Rebalance investment across the portfolio quarterly based on unit economics, not the loudest channel.
Run Experimentation as the Operating Rhythm — and Set the Rhythm for the Team
Ship 8-10 experiments per sprint. Pre-register the hypothesis, the metric, the success threshold, and — critically — the invalidation signal. Read results weekly, kill what doesn't work, double down on what does, and keep a written record so the team compounds learning instead of repeating it. Your rubric, your retro format, and your invalidation-signal standard become the template the rest of the Growth PM group inherits. Translate results into concrete changes: copy rewrites, schema tweaks, pricing changes, new flows, retired ones. Close the loop with engineering, design, and analytics inside the same week.
Design Self-Serve as a First-Class Path
Most users on your portfolio never speak to sales before they hit a "buy more" moment. Your in-product copy, paywall framing, empty states, activation paths, and upgrade triggers are the product. Apply growth-engineering rigor — credit economics, consumption pacing, signal routing, lifecycle messaging, intelligent gating — so the right offer lands in front of the right user at exactly the right moment. Hand high-intent users to sales with a clean signal; absorb low-intent users with a clean self-serve path.
Diagnose the Funnel With Data, Not Vibes
Data is your default tool, not a thing you ask analytics to do for you. You independently analyze the funnel, segment the cohort, find the leak, and propose the fix — then validate it with an experiment. You know when to trust a 5% lift and when to call it noise. Just as important: you know when to zoom out from a specific funnel drop to a portfolio-level rebalance, and can defend that call.
Shape the Monetization Mechanic
You'll design the credit economics of your portfolio: what's free, what's gated, what gets a "buy more" prompt, what triggers a PQL. You'll model the unit economics — credit cost, revenue per credit, upgrade rate, expansion rate — and you'll defend the pricing decisions in front of finance and sales leadership with the math.
Orchestrate Across Sales, Marketing, and CS
Self-serve doesn't mean alone. You'll route PQLs into the right hands (AE, SC, AM, or no one), partner with marketing on acquisition and lifecycle, and work with CS to understand why activated users churn before upgrade. You'll run the operating cadences that keep your portfolio aligned with the broader PLG portfolio without becoming a meeting machine.
Multiply the Team
Help hire and calibrate the Sr Growth PMs owning adjacent loops. Coach them into ownership. Your retro is their template; your experiment quality is their bar. Raise the craft of the whole Growth PM group as it scales.
Stay Honest About What's Working
Write retrospectives that name the wrong calls as cleanly as the right ones. Update your priors publicly when the data turns. Hold strong opinions weakly. The team that ships the most experiments isn't the team that's right the most — it's the team that updates the fastest.
What You'll Bring
• 8–12 years of product management experience, with 4+ years specifically in growth, PLG, or self-serve product roles
• Direct P&L ownership at portfolio scope — a loop or portfolio you've driven from $Y with your name on the number, not a feature inside someone else's loop
• Experience presenting to CEO / CRO / CFO / board on growth mechanics — the credit-economics deck, the funnel narrative, the "kill this bet" moment
• Track record of hiring, mentoring, or calibrating other growth PMs — comfortable being the bar
• You're a builder. You ship landing pages, signup flows, and in-product experiments — not specs that sit in Jira. You sit with designers and engineers, write copy, and prototype with code.
• AI-fluent with a public POV. You understand that LLMs are becoming a primary discovery surface. You have opinions — publishable ones — about agent-readable flows, MCP-as-distribution, GEO/AEO, and how an AI agent's recommendation impacts a funnel.
• Marketing-fluent. You hold your own with SEO, paid acquisition, content, and lifecycle marketing teams as a peer, not a consumer.
• Demonstrated track record of running structured experimentation (A/B tests, multivariate, holdouts, pre/post) at sprint cadence — including at cohort sizes where 50/50 doesn't have power
• Strong analytics fluency — comfortable in Snowflake without analyst hand-holding
• Working knowledge of consumption-based pricing, credit economics, freemium mechanics, and PQL frameworks
• B2B SaaS background; data, GTM, or sales-tech domain experience is a plus but not required
Who You Are
Core Competencies
Funnel Foundation. Expert-level understanding of full-funnel growth. You can reason about activation rates, time-to-value, retention curves, credit economics, upgrade triggers, and PQL signal quality with depth. You've owned a growth loop — or portfolio — in

Success in this role means improving platform reliability, reducing operational friction, strengthening automation, and helping teams resolve issues quickly and sustainably.
At Oportun, we move fast and we hold each other to a high bar. If you care about doing your best work while actually moving the needle for real people, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do
Your day-to-day
• You’ll administer and support Databricks workspaces, cluster policies, compute configurations, jobs, workflows, libraries, service principals, permissions, and platform integrations.
• You’ll support Unity Catalog, including access governance, catalog and schema permissions, and secure data sharing.
• You’ll monitor and troubleshoot Delta Live Tables, Spark jobs, Delta Lake workloads, and data pipelines, including failures, performance issues, recovery, and data-quality concerns.
• You’ll maintain secure and reliable integrations between Databricks and AWS services, including S3, IAM, networking, VPC connectivity, and external data sources.
• You’ll support AWS infrastructure used by the data platform, including EC2, VPC, IAM, security groups, networking, patching, and operational access.
• You’ll support MariaDB/MySQL and MongoDB environments, including availability, monitoring, connectivity, backup coordination, performance troubleshooting, and recovery.
• You’ll build and maintain monitoring, dashboards, logs, metrics, and alerts across Databricks, pipelines, databases, infrastructure, and integrations.
• You’ll participate in on-call support and lead investigation, mitigation, recovery, communication, and root-cause analysis for production incidents.
• You’ll build and maintain infrastructure and automation using Terraform, Terraform Enterprise, Git, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, and scripting.
• You’ll automate repeatable operational activities such as provisioning, access configuration, monitoring deployment, recovery, and platform changes.
• You’ll manage secure access controls, secrets, certificates, TLS configuration, service accounts, and IAM roles across platform services.
• You’ll improve operational readiness through runbooks, recovery procedures, architecture diagrams, standards, escalation paths, and technical documentation.
• You’ll partner with engineering and infrastructure teams to improve capacity planning, platform performance, cost visibility, and resource optimization.
• You’ll look for practical ways to use AI and automation to improve troubleshooting, documentation, incident response, and operational efficiency.
Who You Are
The right fit looks like this
You’re a hands-on platform engineer who enjoys solving complex production problems and improving the systems behind critical data workloads. You think beyond the immediate issue, look for root causes, and build solutions that make the platform more reliable and easier to operate.

You will help customers understand how Gong's AI capabilities, APIs, MCP, Gong Assistant, Deep Research, integrations, and broader platform fit into their enterprise AI strategy, technology ecosystem, and revenue workflows. You will lead advanced AI architecture conversations, reduce technical risk, shape solution strategy, and create differentiated executive engagement. You will champion Gong’s cause during “build versus buy” discussions wherein prospects are considering building their own revenue intelligence platforms in lieu of Gong’s commercial offerings.

• Develop financially rigorous AI value hypotheses and technical validation plans that help customers assess build-versus-buy choices, total cost of ownership, adoption economics, and measurable ROI.
• Position Gong credibly within customers' existing AI ecosystems, including Salesforce, Microsoft, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, and enterprise governance tooling; articulate both better-together integration patterns and clear product boundaries.

• Meaningful experience advising technology companies on commercial transactions, including in-house experience or equivalent experience working closely with technology clients.
• Experience helping a legal function, contracting program, or business process scale in a startup or high-growth environment.

• A record of leading negotiations with sophisticated customers, partners, vendors, or counterparties.
• Clear, concise communication and the ability to build trust across Legal, Sales, Finance, Security, Product, and executive teams.
• Comfort working independently, prioritizing competing demands, and making progress with incomplete information.

Senior ML Engineer (R14284)
Oportun · Anywhere in the World · RemotoRenta no informada por la empresaPythonSQLCloud
Headquarters: Remote - India
Who We Are
Oportun (Nasdaq: OPRT) is a mission-driven financial services company that puts its members' financial goals within reach. With intelligent borrowing, savings, and budgeting capabilities, Oportun empowers members with the confidence to build a better financial future. Since inception, Oportun has provided more than $22.7 billion in responsible and affordable credit, saved its members more than $2.5 billion in interest and fees, and helped its members set aside an average of more than $1,800 annually.
A Quick Note on the Role's Focus
While the title is Senior ML Engineer , this opportunity is specifically focused on ML Platform Engineering rather than ML model development or data science.
We're looking for engineers with strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on experience building, scaling, and operating the platforms and infrastructure that enable machine learning in production. The emphasis is on ML infrastructure, MLOps, model serving, platform reliability, and production engineering , rather than primarily developing, training, or fine-tuning ML models.
Location Note
We’re excited to consider talent currently based in India, as well as candidates who are open to relocating to India for this opportunity. Please note that, as this is a "Remote–India" position, the role must be performed from within India.
The Opportunity
The Machine Learning Platform team builds the software foundations that enable data scientists and machine learning engineers to develop, validate, deploy, and operate models safely and efficiently in production. In this role, you’ll lead complex platform work from business context through production outcomes, combining hands-on engineering, architectural judgment, production ownership, and mentorship. In your first year, success means leading meaningful platform initiatives, improving reliability and developer experience, and becoming a trusted technical leader for the ML platform.
At Oportun, we move fast and hold each other to a high bar. You’ll partner across Data Science, Product, Risk, Fraud, and Engineering to solve ambiguous problems and move the needle for members and the business.
What You'll Do
Your day-to-day
• You’ll lead the design, implementation, deployment, and operation of complex platform capabilities that support the machine-learning lifecycle.
• You’ll design scalable systems for model deployment and serving, feature computation, data validation, workflow orchestration, monitoring, and production support.
• You’ll build reusable platform components, standards, and automation while improving reliability, scalability, observability, and operational readiness across ML systems.
• You’ll partner with Data Science, Product, Risk, Fraud, and Engineering teams to translate ambiguous business needs into practical technical solutions.
• You’ll own significant technical initiatives end to end and lead complex production investigations—clarifying requirements, leading design, delivering safely, measuring results, and implementing durable fixes.
• You’ll raise engineering quality through thoughtful code and design reviews, mentor engineers through pairing and technical guidance, and contribute to platform technical strategy.
• You’ll look for ways to use AI tools thoughtfully to work smarter, reduce manual work, and make better decisions faster.
Who You Are
The right fit looks like this
You do not need detailed implementation direction to be effective. Given an ambiguous problem and sufficient context, you can define the technical approach, explain trade-offs, align stakeholders, lead delivery, and own the outcome after launch.
You’re comfortable navigating complexity and don’t wait for perfect information to move forward. You communicate clearly, give direct feedback, mentor others, and connect engineering work to member, business, and operational outcomes.
What You Bring
Skills & experience
• You’ll have 5+ years of professional software-engineering experience building and operating production systems, with strong programming skills in Python and deep knowledge of API design, distributed systems, service architecture, testing, and software-design fundamentals.
• You’ve demonstrated experience designing and operating reliable, scalable cloud-native services or data-intensive systems, with experience in ML platforms, model serving, feature engineering, data platforms, MLOps, or related systems.
• You bring practical experience with SQL, databases, caching, and tracing data or requests across multiple systems, plus familiarity with the ML lifecycle from feature engineering and model training through evaluation, deployment, serving, monitoring, and governance.
• You have experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git-based workflows, and production observability, and you can evaluate technical alternatives and clearly communicate recommendations, trade-offs, risks, and dependencies.
• You’ve demonstrated the ability to mentor engineers, improve engineering practices, lead through technical influence, and connect engineering work to member, business, product, and operational outcomes.
Nice to Have
• Experience with AWS, Databricks, MLflow, SageMaker, Spark/PySpark, Kafka, or streaming systems.
• Experience building feature platforms, model-serving systems, workflow-orchestration platforms, or internal developer platforms.
• Familiarity with monitoring model quality, data quality, feature coverage, latency, reliability, or cost efficiency, and experience working with sensitive data in a regulated or financial-services environment.
• Experience with Java or another backend language in addition to Python, and familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot to improve personal productivity.

Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst
PadSplit · LATAM · Remoto · ContractRenta no informada por la empresaControl de gestiónPower BICRMSQLInglés
The Role We Need
PadSplit 's demand engine spans Marketing, Lifecycle, Member Acquisition, and Member Success, but no one owns how these teams connect once a lead is approved, leaving us blind to where members stall on the way to a move-in and unable to see which outreach actually converts. We need a Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst to own the last, most critical leg of the funnel: the calling and human outreach that turns an approved lead into a housed member, along with the reporting that makes the whole funnel legible. This role starts narrow (conversion and outreach) with room to expand into the broader Demand Growth function over time.
The Person We Are Looking For
We're looking for a builder-operator with 5+ years in revenue operations, growth operations, or funnel analytics, who is fluent in SQL or a BI tool like Hex, Mode, or Looker and has real instinct for calling operations, script testing, and agent coaching. This person uses AI daily to build reporting, analyze calls, and scale outreach, and has a clear point of view on where AI makes an ops team faster. They can hold many channels at once without losing the thread, and translate a messy funnel into decisions leadership can act on.
Here's What You'll Be Doing Day-to-Day:
• Optimizing call performance: Own how members convert across AI-driven calls and human phone calls, refining scripts, follow-up cadence, and objection handling.
• Coaching agents: Test what actually moves conversion and feed findings back to human agents and the teams they support.
• Sequencing hand-offs: Decide where AI calls hand off to a person and where a person hands off to Lifecycle.
• Building funnel dashboards: Maintain the end-to-end view of the demand funnel — lead to approved to booked to moved-in — primarily in Hex.
• Closing reporting gaps: Surface stage-by-stage conversion, drop-off, and velocity without re-deriving data each time.
• Driving retention outreach: Partner with Member Success to flag churn-risk changes and behavioral events, and proactively reach out before a member decides to leave.
• Standing up interventions: Launch retention and transfer offers as caller campaigns or lifecycle text messages.
• Fixing the stack: Bring order to lead routing, CRM hygiene, and experiment instrumentation, and set clear SLAs across Performance Marketing, Lifecycle, MA, and Member Success.
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful:
• RevOps background: 5+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, growth operations, or funnel analytics, ideally in a marketplace, subscription, or high-volume consumer-sales environment.
• AI fluency: A strong AI toolkit used daily to build reporting, analyze calls, draft and test scripts, and scale outreach.
• Analytical rigor: Fluency in SQL or a BI tool such as Hex, Mode, or Looker, with comfort tying operational work to conversion, velocity, and cost.
• Funnel instinct: Real operating experience with lead routing, calling operations, script and cadence testing, and agent coaching.
• Cross-team coordination: Ability to hold many channels at once — from AI callers to affiliates to market launch — without losing the thread.
• Strong communication: Excellent English communication skills to work daily with US-based teams and partners.
• Marketplace experience (bonus): Background in marketplace, proptech, real estate, or two-sided consumer platforms.
• Zero-to-one experience (bonus): Track record standing up a RevOps or sales-ops function from scratch, including instrumentation and cross-team SLAs.
The Interview Process:
• Your application will be reviewed for possible next steps by a human being in the PeopleOps department.
• If you meet eligibility requirements, the next step would be a video call with a member of the PeopleOps team for about thirty (30) minutes.
• If warranted, the next step would be a video interview with our VP of Member Growth for forty-five (45) minutes.
• If warranted, the final step would be a video panel interview with additional stakeholders for one (1) hour. For this interview, a candidate would participate in a campaign exercise to the panel for discussion.
• If warranted, then we move to contract!
Compensation
Compensation is based on the role's scope, national market benchmarks, the person's expertise and experience, and the impact of their contributions to our business goals.
Additional Information
Please note: Although the job posting says it's in Brazil, this is a fully remote position open to anyone in South America. This is a result of our Applicant Tracking System requiring a location to post the role on LinkedIn.

Partner Operations Manager
Mecka · Worldwide · RemotoRenta: USD 80.000 – 100.000 anualOnboardingControl de gestiónMicrosoft Office / Google WorkspaceInglés
About Mecka AI
Mecka AI is building the data infrastructure layer for robotics and embodied AI.
We design and operate global systems for data capture, data labeling, and hardware-enabled workflows used by leading AI labs and robotics companies to train and validate humanoid and embodied AI systems.
We work closely with frontier robotics teams to bridge real-world data, simulation, learning-based systems, and deployed hardware.
About the Role
Signing a capture partner is the start of the work. Getting that partner to steady, high-quality output takes onboarding, training, hardware, support, and reporting, and every step has to run on time.
As Partnership Operations Manager, you will own that path for our regional partnership leads so they can focus on finding and signing partners. This is a new function, so you will set the standards and tooling yourself and make them repeatable across regions.
What You Will Do
• Deal support: Prepare proposals and agreements from approved templates and keep a clean record of every partnerâs rates, volumes, and term dates.
• Onboarding: Set partners up on the platform, issue devices and accounts, and train their teams on capture standards so they reach full output quickly.
• Hardware: Manage device allocation, tracking, replacements, and returns with our hardware and logistics teams, and keep inventory records accurate.
• Partner support: Be the first point of contact for partners, and run the support channel to clear service levels. Resolve problems yourself or route them to product, engineering, or finance before capture is disrupted, and pass on what partners need from the platform and devices.
• Performance and reporting: Monitor daily performance and quality across partners, including recorded, approved, and deliverable hours, recording counts, and QA rejection rates. Act when numbers slip, and raise anything commercial with the partnerâs regional lead. Keep scorecards, business reviews, and the data behind them current.
• Payments: Own partner payments and reconciliation, making sure hours are approved correctly and paid accurately and on time.
• Playbook: Build and improve the processes, checklists, and tools that keep partner operations running as the network grows.
What You Bring
• Experience: 3 to 5+ years in partner or vendor operations, supply or merchant onboarding, business operations, program or project management, or account management, ideally at a high-growth marketplace, delivery, or BPO company.
• Execution: A record of running many partner launches at once across time zones, with clear process and tight follow-up.
• Organization: Highly organized and detail-focused, able to manage many partners and tasks at once without letting things slip.
• AI fluency: You use AI tools in your day-to-day work to pull and analyze data, draft partner communications, and streamline your own processes.
• Problem solving: A practical problem-solver who stays calm under pressure and sees problems through to resolution.
• Relationships: Strong interpersonal skills. You work well with both partners and internal teams.
• Agency: A high degree of initiative and comfort with ambiguity. This is an early and unstructured role, so you will set your own priorities, work without an established playbook, and build processes where none yet exists.
Even better if you have
• Industry: Background in data collection, AI training data, or BPO services.
• Field deployment: Experience with device deployment and inventory tracking across partner sites.
• Multi-country: Experience running partner operations across several countries and time zones.
• Languages: Working fluency in one or more of our regionsâ main business languages, alongside professional English.
If you don't check every box above but believe you can do the job, we encourage you to apply â we're looking for capability and trajectory, not a perfect checklist match.
We strive to create an inclusive work environment for all; we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to providing equal opportunities. Should you require any accommodations during the recruitment process, we will partner with you to meet your needs.

Technical Recruiter
Able · LATAM · Remoto · Full-TimeRenta no informada por la empresaInglésPortugués
Back in 2012, we were a group of engineers and designers who decided we wanted to build things, so we did. Able started as an engineering and product hub building for a portfolio of early-stage startups. We built many relationships while developing products that were thoughtful, effective, and genuinely useful. But, since then, we’ve grown… and so has our ambition.
Now, we’re entering our next chapter, defined by applied AI. AI is a powerful force in the end-to-end software development cycle, and we’re creating practices that allow us to deliver software fast and more effectively than traditional approaches, creating meaningful value for our partners. Today, our builder mindset is driving us to become an AI-native organization across every function. We’re still evolving, and that’s part of the opportunity. If you want to build, learn, and tackle challenges alongside an ambitious team, let’s build together.
This position is 100% remote in Latin America.
About the Role
As our Technical Recruiter, you'll specialize in AI, ML and engineering recruitment and own hiring from intake to offer. That includes our hardest searches, Senior and Principal AI Engineers, plus our regular full-stack, front-end and back-end roles. You'll know the AI engineering market well enough to tell a mid-level from a senior, from a principal before they reach our interview team. You'll also use AI tools to source and run searches better than a manual process can.
What We’re Looking For
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Specialize in AI, ML and engineering recruitment: own full-cycle hiring for AI and ML Engineers (Senior and Principal) and for full-stack, front-end and back-end engineers. That covers intake, sourcing, screening, scheduling, feedback, debriefs and offers.
• Design and execute recruitment strategies: build a search plan for each role, covering target profiles, channels, messaging and timelines. Adjust it when the market says otherwise.
• Find principal-level AI talent: build pipelines for Senior and Principal AI Engineers beyond LinkedIn. Look in GitHub, open-source projects, research papers, technical communities and referrals.
• Level candidates accurately: screen against senior-vs-principal so the interview team only meets candidates at the right level.
• Use AI tools to improve search: use AI tools and LLM assistants for market mapping, search strings, candidate research and outreach.
• Turn recruiting data into insights: track time-to-fill, pass-through rates, sources and decline reasons in Greenhouse. Use them to show where searches stall and what to change.
• Optimize hiring processes: tighten intake, scorecards, scheduling and candidate communication. Document playbooks and interview plans so searches run the same way every time.
Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of technical recruiting, with full-cycle ownership of engineering searches.
• Recent experience hiring AI or ML engineers at Senior level or above, and you can explain how a Principal differs from a Senior.
• Enough technical fluency to discuss LLM applications, RAG, evaluation, fine-tuning and MLOps with engineers, and to probe their claims.
• Hands-on, daily use of AI tools in your recruiting work, with examples of what changed because of them.
• A track record of sourcing passive senior candidates through channels other than LinkedIn.
• Fluent written and spoken English. You'll work with engineers and leaders across many countries.
• A data-driven approach: you use funnel metrics to make decisions and explain them to hiring managers. Comfortable with Greenhouse or a similar ATS.
• Experience designing recruitment strategies and improving hiring processes, not only running them, in a small team where processes are still being built.
Nice to Have
• Experience recruiting for consulting firms or agencies with client-driven hiring
• Experience hiring across multiple LATAM countries and the US
• Spanish or Portuguese
• Experience with Juicebox AI or similar AI sourcing tools
What Success Looks Like
We’re looking for someone who brings more than technical skills. The right person for this role is:
• AI-fluent. You already use AI tools in your day-to-day work to analyze information, automate repetitive tasks, draft materials, and work more efficiently.
• A builder. You’re comfortable creating processes and systems where there isn’t a playbook yet. You’d rather ship a useful first version and improve it than wait for perfection.
• A clear communicator. You surface problems early, ask questions when something is unclear, and communicate what you know — and what you don’t.
• Comfortable with ambiguity. Able is growing and evolving quickly. You’ll help shape the processes and systems you’ll eventually own.
Able is powered by curious, thoughtful people who care about what they build and how they build it. We’re actively investing in our team through AI training, knowledge-sharing, and hands-on experimentation to ensure everyone grows alongside the technology.
This position is 100% remote in Latin America. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are a requirement.
As a team member, you can expect:
• To work 40 hours per week, and be available during normal business hours as needed
• Payments made in USD
• 18 days of PTO per year, observance of local holidays, and an annual break between Christmas and New Years
• Wellness + Remote Stipend
• AI Voucher
About Able
Able builds technology products in a portfolio model. We believe that people, teams, and processes are more important than the ideas themselves, so we’ve focused on bringing great people together, and investing in their growth.
We’ve built products in a variety of industries. Everything from media to finance to toys to healthcare. Sometimes we work with management teams to help their businesses grow faster or unlock value using technology. Other times we start or buy businesses outright. Each time, we look for opportunities to leverage technology built at the portfolio-level to drive value faster.
Able is committed to inclusion and diversity and is an equal-opportunity employer. All applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
This is but the beginning of a conversation we’d love to have with you.
Apply, and let’s get this adventure started!

AI Security Sales Executive, Bay Area
Abnormal · Anywhere in the World · RemotoRenta no informada por la empresaHeadquarters: Remote - USA
ABOUT THE ROLE
AI is rewriting how every company works, and everyone is racing to figure out how to secure it. We have, and we need someone to take it to market.
The AI Security Sales Executive is a quota-carrying sales role dedicated to Abnormal's AI Security suite: five products built to help customers govern AI, secure AI, and defend against rogue AI. You will work alongside the Account Executives who know our customers best: joining land motions, driving AI Security expansion across our 5,000+ customers, and running focused outbound to win net new logos in the largest enterprises. Early on, most of your focus will be expansion. This is a sales role for someone who can carry a number and go as deep technically as our best engineers when a conversation demands it.
The timing matters. Abnormal is growing quickly, with more than 5,000 customers and over 30% of the Fortune 500 trusting us to protect their people. AI security now comes up regularly in customer conversations at the executive level, and customers already trust our behavioral AI to solve it. You will have real say in how this category gets sold.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Own AI Security in your region. Carry the AI Security quota and run the sales cycle from first conversation through close.
• Drive expansion across our customer base. Lead upsell campaigns into customers who already trust Abnormal, and join land motions where AI Security belongs in the conversation.
• Run focused pipeline generation. Build a targeted, strategic outbound motion to open net new logos in the largest enterprises, partnering with the core AE where a relationship exists. Quality over volume.
• Partner with Account Executives. Work alongside the core team in your region, equip them to carry AI Security conversations, and step in on the deals that matter most.
• Go deep on the technology. Hold your own with security and platform teams on AI governance, agent security, and cloud security when a customer needs more than a standard pitch.
• Run point on design partner conversations for products still in early availability, working closely with product leadership to shape these deals and bring the right resources to the table.
• Shape the product and the playbook. Work directly with Product and R&D leadership, including our co-founder and CTO, and feed what you hear in the field back in a fast loop as the suite matures from early availability to GA.
• Build AI Security expertise across the sales team, in addition to closing.
• Stay current as the suite evolves. Availability and depth will shift quickly, and you will keep pace.
WHAT YOU'LL SELL
Abnormal's AI Security suite includes five products, each at a different stage of availability:
• AI Governance: Discovers your AI, uncovers shadow AI, and shows who's using what and at what cost.
• AI Cloud Security: Detects and contains AI cloud breaches using behavioral AI and honeypots.
• AI Employee Guardrails: Lets employees use AI without leaking data or triggering unintended actions.
• AI Agent Security: Inventories an organization's AI agents and ensures they behave as intended.
• AI Security Workbench: Lets security teams use AI to run investigations with Abnormal's models, without guardrails.
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS RIGHT NOW
Every security vendor is staking a claim in AI security. Abnormal has earned real credibility here through eight years of behavioral AI investment and a track record protecting email for thousands of customers. That trust is an advantage today, not a permanent one, and this role exists to make sure we capitalize on it while the window is open.
For the right person, that means owning a brand-new motion at the center of a fast-growing company, working directly with executive and product leadership, and building a track record as one of the people who defined how this category gets sold.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, primarily selling into Enterprise accounts, with a proven record of personal quota attainment and winning new business.
• Hands-on experience selling an AI product, with enough technical and product depth to run the sales cycle as the expert and give our product team credible feedback.
• A record of selling in security or closely adjacent infrastructure.
• Technical depth and curiosity: comfort discussing AI architecture, cloud security concepts, and how behavioral models work, in enough detail to earn trust with technical buyers.
• A consultative, challenger style, paired with the hunter instincts to run strategic outbound into new logos.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity. The suite and the motion for selling it are still evolving, and much of the playbook will be written by whoever takes this role on.
• Strong cross-functional instincts. You will partner closely with Account Executives, Sales Engineering, and product leadership, and you will work autonomously between those touchpoints.
NICE TO HAVES
• Direct experience selling AI security, cloud security, or other emerging security categories.
• Experience as an early seller or builder of a new motion: a first sales hire, a founding seller, or a new product line launched inside a larger company.
• Experience in an overlay, specialist, or advisory role in cybersecurity or AI, or a record of selling into CISOs and security leaders.
• Experience selling early-availability products and shaping design partner deals.
Actual compensation will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Base salary range:
$157,250 — $185,000 USD
A note on AI in our process:
Abnormal AI uses AI-assisted tools to help our recruiting team prepare for candidate interviews. These tools analyze resume content and role requirements to suggest interview questions and areas for the interviewer to explore. They do not make hiring decisions or screen candidates automatically. Every decision about a candidacy is made by a person. Further, if your application is successful and Abnormal AI makes a conditional offer of employment, we will carry out pre-employment checks which must be successfully completed to progress to a final offer. All processes and pre-employment checks are in line with prevailing legislation and Abnormal AI's policies relevant to our security and privacy standards.
Abnormal AI is an equal opportunity employer. Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status or other characteristics protected by law. Technical Support Engineer, Triage & Discovery
Alloy · Anywhere in the World · RemotoRenta no informada por la empresaOnboardingExcelExcel avanzadoMicrosoft Office / Google WorkspaceJavaScript / TypeScript
Headquarters: Remote
Alloy is where you belong!
Alloy is the AI-powered identity and fraud prevention platform that accelerates onboarding, stops fraud, and scales compliance across the customer lifecycle so financial organizations can grow without limits. More than 900 of the world's leading financial institutions and fintechs trust Alloy for smarter risk management that drives growth.
Through our values: Be Bold, Go Fast, Collaborate, and Celebrate Our Differences, we are creating a workplace where you can grow, thrive, and belong. See how we’ve been continuously recognized and named one of Inc.Magazine’s Best Workplaces , Forbes America’s Best Startup Employers , Best Fintech to Work for by American Banker , year after year.
Check out our investors and read more about us here .
About the team
The Technical Support Engineer 2 (TSE2), Triage & Discovery is the front line of Alloy’s technical support experience. This role is responsible for engaging customers early, clarifying the true issue, gathering the right technical and business context, and preparing high-quality handoffs to senior Technical Support Engineers for deeper investigation and resolution. You’ll also directly resolve repeatable, well-defined support workflows—like implementation tasks and standard configurations—giving you meaningful ownership alongside your triage work.
This isn’t a role where you passively route tickets. You’ll dig into each request, ask sharp questions, get on short calls when it’ll move things faster, and build a clear picture of what’s actually going on. The best person for this role is someone who’s energized by customer interaction, comfortable navigating technical systems, and skilled at turning ambiguity into clarity. By improving the quality of initial problem discovery, you’ll help the entire support organization resolve issues faster, more accurately, and with less wasted effort.
Alloy operates in a hybrid-work environment. We look to foster collaboration and community by having our local employees onsite three days a week, and remote employees onsite once a quarter.
What you'll be doing
As a Technical Support Engineer 2, you will be responsible for triaging incoming support cases, leading customer discovery conversations, building high-quality handoffs for senior engineers, and directly resolving straightforward tickets—all using our ticketing system, Zendesk. You’ll be leveraging your technical skills, problem-solving instincts, written communication, and verbal skills to clarify customer issues and build trust with professionalism and empathy.
Responsibilities
• Serve as the first technical point of contact for incoming support requests—respond quickly, ask targeted follow-up questions, and build a clear understanding of what the customer actually needs.
• Get on short customer calls (15–30 minutes) when written back-and-forth isn’t getting to the heart of the issue fast enough. Lead these calls effectively, keeping them focused on discovery and triage.
• Gather the evidence that matters—logs, screenshots, timestamps, configuration details, reproduction steps—so that the next person to touch the ticket can hit the ground running.
• Write clean, structured internal notes and handoffs. When you route a ticket to a senior engineer, they should be able to start solving immediately without redoing your work.
• Directly resolve straightforward product questions, technical clarifications, and clearly documented support tasks, including repeatable implementation workflows managed asynchronously over days or weeks.
• Diagnose issues related to Alloy’s dashboard, APIs, and integrations using logs, system tools, and debugging methods, exercising judgment about when to resolve vs. when to escalate.
• Maintain accurate ticket hygiene, timely follow-ups, clear statuses, and deliver within established service level agreements (SLAs).
• Identify opportunities to improve macros, runbooks, intake questions, and discovery practices based on patterns you see in the queue.
• Help QA automated support responses, flagging and fixing issues as you encounter them.
• Expand product knowledge and technical skills through self-directed learning and embed program participation.
• Alloy’s support team covers an 8am–8pm US time zone window. Your schedule will include dedicated blocks for queue coverage, including on-call triage of urgent tickets during business hours, plus time for focused async work.
Who we’re looking for
Alloy is looking for a Technical Support Engineer 2 who combines strong customer instincts with a solid technical floor. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, reactive environment, values continuous learning, and can get scrappy. You’re energized by frequent customer interaction, comfortable leading short calls to clarify issues, and disciplined enough to turn ambiguous intake into structured, actionable support work. You demonstrate independence while recognizing when to seek guidance for novel or ambiguous situations.
We are looking for someone to work during MST time zone hours.
Desired Skills and Experience
• 1–3 years of experience in technical support, customer success, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Comfort with APIs, logs, and authentication concepts. You can read basic JavaScript, identify data types, and reason through what an API request is doing—even if you’re not writing code all day.
• Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and interpersonal) to lead troubleshooting conversations warmly and directly, whether over chat or on a call. You ask good questions and know how to make a customer feel heard.
• Solid judgment about when to keep digging vs. when to hand something off. You’re not trying to prove you can own everything—you’re trying to get the customer to the right answer as fast as possible.
• Organized in a reactive environment. A busy queue doesn’t rattle you, and your notes are something other people can actually use.
• Hands-on, passionate, and creative problem solver with the ability to lead clients to success.
• Excellent customer management skills to address and prevent escalated issues by collaborating and networking with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that customers need.
• Curious and self-directed. You teach yourself things and look for ways to improve the tools and processes around you.
Nice to have
• Experience with implementation or onboarding workflows in a SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with SQL, scripting, or QA processes.
• Experience in an environment with clear severity levels and escalation paths.
• Experience creating client-facing documentation, including Knowledge Base articles.
• Experience in fraud & compliance for financial institutions is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with support ticketing tools, such as Zendesk.
• Comfortable using AI tools to work faster and more effectively.
Travel
We value building connections and fostering relationships with both our customers and each other. This role may require travel for support team members, to visit one of our offices, as well as to participate in team-building activities and company events. New hires will start with focused in-person training at Alloy’s office.
We're a lean team, so your impact will be felt immediately, and opportunities will grow as the company scales up. If this all sounds like a good fit for you, why not join us?
Alloy is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Below is the anticipated starting base compensation range for this role; however, pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, in-demand skills, relevant experience, and/or geography. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for equity awards in the form of stock options (ISOs) as well as a competitive total benefits package. Your recruiter will be happy to walk you through the details and what compensation
